Yep! We offer free UK shipping on all orders — £20.00 minimum spend, no strings attached 🎉✉️
⏳ How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders, you can expect your Thatch Wears goodies in 3–5 working days. We use Royal Mail or other trusted services.
Need it faster? We’re working on adding express options — stay tuned!
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
We do! We currently ship worldwide on larger orders 🌎 — just pop your items in the basket and head to checkout to see if we deliver to your corner of the globe.
Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on location.
📦Is your packaging eco-friendly?
100%. All of our packaging is plastic-free, recyclable, and compostable ♻️✨ We’re serious about keeping things planet-kind.

If your order includes tracking, you’ll get an email with your tracking number once it’s on the way! Keep an eye on your inbox 📫
😕 What if my order hasn’t arrived?
Oh no! If it’s been more than 7 working days (UK) or 15 working days (international), drop us a message at hello@thatchwears.co.uk and we’ll sort it right out 🙌
📮 Do you deliver to PO boxes or BFPO addresses?
Yes, we’ll do our best to get your order to wherever you are. If there are any issues, we’ll be in touch ✉️

📦 Can I return my order?
Of course! If you're not completely happy, you can return any unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery — no stress. Just make sure tags are still attached and the item’s in its original condition 💫
🔁 Do you offer exchanges?
We sure do! If you'd like a different size, colour, or item, just send your original item back and pop a note in with what you’d like instead. We'll do our best to make the switch ⚡
💌 How do I start a return or exchange?
Easy! Email us at exchange@thatchwears.co.uk with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We’ll send you all the details and next steps 📧
🚚 Do I have to pay for return shipping?
We ask that customers cover return shipping for now — we're a small (but mighty!) brand, and every bit helps us grow 🌱 That said, if something arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our end, we’ll cover it 100% 🙌
⏳ How long does a refund take?
Once your return arrives and is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days. It may take a little longer to show on your statement, depending on your bank 🏦
❌ Can I return sale items?
Sorry, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. We appreciate your understanding 🧡
🚫 Can I return items that have been worn or washed?
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered. Please make sure your order fits before you wear it 👕
