🌿 Thatch Wears Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to absolutely love what you wear 💚. But if something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back. Here's everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds 👇

🔁 Returns – 14 Day Window

You’ve got 14 days from the date your order arrives to return it for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached 🏷️

  • No signs of makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or perfume, please 🙅♀️🐾

📦 Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we messed up—then it’s on us!)

🔄 Exchanges – Free & Easy

Want a different size or colour? No problem!

Just let us know what you need and we’ll swap it out free of charge (UK only 🇬🇧).
👉 If the replacement item is out of stock, we’ll offer you a full refund or store credit.

❌ Items We Can’t Accept Back

To keep things hygienic and fair, we can't accept returns on:

  • Socks & underwear (unless faulty) 🧦🚫

  • Gift cards 🎁

  • Final sale or clearance items marked non-returnable

💳 Refunds – Straight Back to You

Once your return hits our HQ and is inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days.
You’ll get the money back the same way you paid 💸

Heads up:

  • It can take a couple of days for your bank to show the refund.

  • If you paid with a gift card, the amount goes straight back onto it.

🚚 Return Shipping Info

For UK customers:

  • We offer free returns via our Royal Mail returns portal (link below) ✉️

  • You'll get a pre-paid label—just print it, stick it on, and drop it off at your nearest post office.

🌍 International returns must be shipped back at your own cost. Please use a tracked service so it doesn’t go walkies 📦✈️

Oh no! If we've made a mistake, we're so sorry 💔
Please email us at hello@thatchwears.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • A clear photo of the issue 📸

  • Your order number

We’ll fix it fast — whether that means a refund, exchange, or replacement.
