📦 1. UK Shipping (It's Free!)

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders — no minimum spend required.

  • Carrier: Royal Mail or other trusted eco-friendly couriers

  • Dispatch time: Within 1–3 working days

  • Delivery time: Typically 2–5 working days from dispatch

  • Tracking: Included on most orders — we’ll email your tracking link when it's on the way

🎁 All items are packed with love using minimal, recyclable packaging.

🌍 2. International Shipping

Yes — we ship worldwide! 🌎

  • Free shipping on international orders over £100

  • Standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination

  • Delivery times range from 7–14 working days depending on location

  • Customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes

We’re working on expanding international options and improving eco-delivery solutions all the time. 🌱

🕒 3. Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 1–3 working days. During busy periods (e.g. launches or holidays), it may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.

❗ 5. Delivery Delays

Sometimes things happen that are outside our control (postal strikes, extreme weather, etc.). If your order seems delayed, don’t panic — just drop us a message and we’ll get it sorted.

📬 6. Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated time, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 working days at hello@thatchwears.co.uk (or via DM). We’ll make it right. 💚

🛑 7. Where We Don't Ship

While we aim to deliver globally, there may be regions we can't yet serve due to shipping restrictions or costs. If this affects you, we’ll notify you at checkout and explore other options.
